In the event that payment is not made within five business days, we reserve the right to charge the below credit card for the full invoice amount. Absentee and telephone bids must be submitted by 5 pm (Eastern) the evening before the auction. You will receive confirmation by phone or e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please call us at 305-832-1220. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience on an alternate basis. Due to the uncertainties of bidding patterns, a lot may sell to the audience for the same amount or slightly less than your bid. To avoid this possibility, you may authorize us to increase your bid by one increment by placing a plus sign (+) beside the maximum bid. In the event identical bids are submitted, the earliest will take precedence. Successful bidders should make arrangements to have their purchases removed from the premises no later than the fifth business day following the sale. Please visit our website for a list of recommended shipping carriers. Please note: Lot descriptions may not include damage, repairs, or restoration to items. The absence from the description of any such notes must not be taken to imply the lot is in perfect condition. Condition reports are available upon request.

All invoices over $2000 require a wire transfer, When paying by check, items will not be released till check clears in our bank.

Shipping: We do not handle any shipping. Please check our suggested shippers.
