Shipping Release Form

I hereby hold harmless Joshua Kodner and all their deemed agents against any claims for releasing items to my requested shipper per my directions. All claims for loss or damage must be submitted to the shipping carrier that was responsible for the transportation of the shipment. Joshua Kodner will assist with the claim process if damages or loss occur. Since it is impossible for Joshua Kodner to control how items are handled after leaving our facility, this form releases Joshua Kodner of any liability from damages or loss incurred during the shipment process
